These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flavor-Eat app and website, operated by 

Deus Vult LLC, a Utah company.

By accessing or using Flavor-Eat, you agree to these terms.

Flavor-Eat is a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent local home chefs offering prepared meals.

Flavor-Eat does not directly prepare food but provides tools for ordering, communication, and payments.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful account information
   
• Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner
   
• Follow all pickup or delivery instructions
   
• Report any concerns promptly to support
   

All orders are subject to chef availability and confirmation.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refunds and cancellations may depend on the order status and applicable policies.

Flavor-Eat is currently in an early release stage. Features may change, and occasional interruptions may occur as we improve the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Deus Vult LLC and Flavor-Eat are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
